David M. Dawson
David formed Data Based Marketing in 1985, and since then has worked diligently to construct marketing campaigns that take a scientific "data-based" approach to marketing, which regularly win prestigious national and state awards. David is a Focus Group Moderator, personally conducting over 100 session on financial service topics. He is a Planning Conference Facilitator for several clients, has been a Speaker at national and regional conferences, and has been a Contributing Writer for financial industry publications. He donates his time and his agency’s production time to community involvement programs as well.

Three children and a busy agency hasn't slowed him down though - literally. Not only is Dave an active motorcyclist and fan a motorcycle road racing, you may find him speeding through the air as well, since he enjoys life as a private pilot too. Spending some quiet time at home with his wife Molly is also welcomed, but don't be surprised if he's crunching numbers on his laptop and thinking of the next big creative concept, even when he's "relaxing" on the couch.

Molly Dawson
Molly has an educational background in the sciences. This serves her well as the co-founder and owner of Data Based Marketing. Her primary duties with the agency are as Research Director, tasked with leading all aspects of market research, including design, data collection, compilation and tabulation and report writing. She is also a Presenter of the findings, reporting to Boards and Senior Management Teams. Molly also acts as Administration Director, leading the charge with production management and agency logistical support.

If this wasn’t enough, Molly has been a tireless contributor to the local community. For 10 years, she was an AYSO-sanctioned soccer referee. She also served as President of the parent’s club of her children’s grammar school. She too is an active motorcyclist and can be found zooming along the back roads. She hasn’t found the time yet to follow Dave into the cockpit as a pilot, but don’t count her out just yet. Dave reports she makes an excellent co-pilot.
