Our focus group work spans decades and the nation. Data Based Marketing has conducted focus groups throughout the United States on a wide variety of topics. This qualitative research technique provides invaluable understanding of the consumer. As with our quantitative work, we are fastidious in our control and management of the process. Our reporting includes a written, edited transcript of the responses, complete with time-code entries. This provides every report reader with the opportunity to go directly to video to hear and see the comments that interest them most. This is a small touch with big benefits.
